Packaging
Every computer is professionally packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. Larger systems and monitors receive additional cushioning and reinforced packaging when necessary.

Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend keeping the original packaging and taking photos of both the package and the product so we can assist you with a carrier claim or replacement.
